Prices of products are subject to change based on market rates of precious metals and gemstones.
All prices will be clearly communicated before purchase.
3. Payment Terms
Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
For wholesale orders, payment terms will be as per mutual agreement.
We accept payments through approved modes only.
4. Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or mutual agreement (for wholesale clients).
Custom orders, once confirmed, cannot be cancelled or modified easily.
5. Delivery & Shipping
Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order.
We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as logistics issues or natural events.
6. Return & Exchange Policy
Jewellery items may be eligible for return or exchange as per store policy.
Custom-made or personalized jewellery is generally non-returnable.
Products must be returned in original condition with proper proof of purchase.
7. Quality Assurance
We ensure that all jewellery meets quality standards and specifications.
Any concerns regarding product quality should be reported promptly.
8. Liability
We are not liable for any damage caused due to improper handling, negligence, or normal wear and tear after purchase.
Our liability is limited to the value of the product sold.
